Our Aistear theme last month was The Restaurant. The boys and girls were very busy as you can see below.

February has been a busy month in the Junior Room. We completed a science experiment, used tangrams to create pictures and had lots of fun building !

We undertook some extensive research via interview!

We posed questions and put these to a local seaweed farm inspector! Thanks to all involved!

We used compasses, we have been studying the circle in maths. We used colour, line, and focused on pattern. We mixed many tonal greys in paint. Our stimulus was the work of Bridget Riley, and the work of one another.
