Dear Parents,

We plan to hold our Parent Teacher meetings via phonecall this year.  We aim to begin hosting meetings at the end of this week and early next week.

In order to manage as well as possible in these unusual times, we aim to release our online booking slots in the next few days.  You will receive links directly to your handset – these will open up booking slots for each teacher; there will be a link for each individual teacher.

The booking form will request some booking details from you – your child’s name, your email address, contact number and name of parent whom the teacher will phone at your selected time.

Please be aware that in the event of unforseen circumstances, we may have to reschedule your appointment.  We will email you directly to re-organise your meeting.  There may also be a delay in calling you if a child presents as unwell during the day – please be patient, we will do our best to keep to the timeslots booked.

If it does not suit you to schedule a phonecall on the Parent-Teacher meeting day assigned, this is as always no problem.  Please email your child’s class teacher directly and we will organise another time slot.  Some rescheduled meetings may have to take place after the mid-term break.
